Terms & Conditions


1.    All cancellations must be received in writing via certified mail (return receipt requested).  All space reservation purchases are final, no refunds will be issued.  Advertiser or individual will be liable for 100% of cancelation of space.

2.    This document will constitute a binding contract. This contract is effective upon purchase.
 
3.    All payments are billed upfront with no re-curing dues or fees unless specified. 

4.    Artwork, editorial submissions containing incorrect or mistakes will be accepted. Such errors will be regarded as only clerical, and will be fixed by The Suit.

5.    Rates, conditions and space units are subject to change without notice.

6.    The Suit will not be bound by any conditions appearing on order blanks or copy instructions submitted by or on behalf of an advertiser when such condition conflicts with any provision contained in its dimensions card or with its policies.

7.    Orders specifying positions other than those known as designated positions are accepted only on a request basis, subject to the right of the publisher to determine actual positions.

8.    Any renewed advertising for the following year, will receive a 10% discounted rate.
Advertising quality is at the advertiser’s or individuals risk if The Suit does not receive any new artwork or specifications for renewed advertising within 8 weeks of deadline. The Suit will make every efforts to contact advertiser or individual for artwork by email, phone, and standard mail. (If this document has not been signed and sent back, then this insertion is still binding.  If artwork, editorial and advertisement is not submitted by the deadline date The Suit still reserves the right to offer advertising space to another advertiser or individual with no refunds)

9.    The Suit reserves the right to decline or reject any advertisement for any reason at any time without liability, even though previously acknowledged or accepted.

10.    The advertiser and its agency or individual, if there be one, each represents that it not only has the right to authorize the publication of any advertisement it has submitted to The Suit, but that it is fully authorized and licensed to use (i) the names and / or portraits or pictures of persons, living or dead, or of things; (ii) any trademarks, service marks, copyrighted, proprietary, or otherwise private material; and (iii) any testimonials contained in any advertisement  submitted by or on behalf of the advertiser and published by The Suit, and that such advertisement is neither libelous, an invasion of privacy volatile of any third party’s rights, or otherwise unlawful. As part of the consideration and to induce The Suit against all loss, liability, damage and expense of whatsoever nature arising out of the copying, printing, or publishing of such advertisement.

11.    All orders accepted are subject to acts of GOD, fires, strikes, accidents, or other occurrences beyond the publisher’s control (whether like or unlike any of those enumerated herein) that prevent the publisher from partially or completely producing, publishing, or distributing the publication.

12.    All agencies or direct advertiser must supply publisher with legal street address.

13.    Advertisements other than standard sizes are subject to publisher’s approval.
